At Home with Gong Bao Chicken
Went to the doc's today - finally. He said there is a bug going around and I've caught it, so he asked me to return next week for a jab. Anyway, I decided to try out my new Gong Bao Chicken recipe and here's what I whipped up!

Save for the lack of ingredients (cashew nut, spring onion etc.), it was a pretty decent dish. My mom had some leftover rice from this morning, so I had this and the rice for dinner. Yum :)Labels: yumyum
